After sales service

The after-sales service is guaranteed by iteks,versatile and responsable staff.

The telemaintenance made through the modems installed in the electrical cabinets of our machines (as long as the customer provides a telephone line) will make first diagnosis easier and usually will allow to start machinery again.

Spare parts, when standard parts, are usually available in professional suppliers shops or in our factory as we have made an accurate choice of our main suppliers. About the specific parts, we do our best in order to supply them in the shortest delivery time and at the best prices (we do not take advantage ot the situation).
