Bagging of liquids

We propose a vertical bag-filling machine adapted for the conditioning of liquids. It makes possible to fill all kinds of liquids in polyethylene bags or even of the complexes (association of several materials). The bag is welded 4 faces. The bag obtained, subject to using a thickness of film in adequacy with its volume of liquid, is particularly resistant. Ex: 100 microns for 5 liters of water.

Characteristics :

• Capacity: multiformat from 1 to 10 liters in standard version.
• Rate according to the product - 500 bags per hour for water in 5 liters.
• Liquid viscosity until 30' 000 CentiStoke.
• Temperature of product arrival: until 70°C.
• Thicknesses of film: from 80 to 300 microns.
• Change of format lower than 5 minutes.

This bag-filling machine is adapted for the food or chemical liquids: water (aseptic conditions), oil, sauce, resin, wax, grease... These liquids can be possibly charged. We provide the dosing pumps adapted to the production and/or the filters for the arrival of product. Next the bags can be possibly introduced into cardboard cases. In option, we can propose a handle with the bag and also a solution with a tap to empty the contents. For more information on this last point, do not hesitate to consult us.
