Palletizing

iteks proposes several solutions for palletizing adaptable to your product and your configuration.
Different palletizers systems are available : cartesian robotized gantry, layers palletizer or polyarticulated robot. Also, several products can be "palletized" : Boxes, drums, buckets, sacks, bales, plates, .....

Standard features :

• Robustness of palletizers working 24h/24h in hard industries like metallurgy or those for building materials.
  iteks uses only components of main trademarks (siemens, schneider, ina etc.) the reliability of which is tested and they are easily available all over the world.
• iteks proposes a standard palletizer cartesian robotized type, the head of which must be adapted to each particular product. Our robotized gantry is recommended for applications with weak rates, for products with light or middle weights and volumes ( 0 to 30 kg and 0 to 50 dm3) and for tight budgets which do not want to sacrifice quality !

The layers palletizer remains still today the solution for high rates. We propose a machine adapted to 1500 pieces/hour

We also develop, individually, special palletizers. They can serve several intake lines and palletize on several pallets, or manage several packing formats at the same time, or carry out annexed functions, or even palletize special products. Products may come from several lines and be placed on differents pallets. Several types of packing can be combined at real time. About the polyarticulated robot, it allows a great flexibility in 4 even 6 axes as well as interesting capacities of lifting. We are able to integrate this type of material upon request. This type of palletizer is very adaptable.
